Four ways of working with leadership at defining moments.
We group our work into four areas because it helps us understand what a situation calls for.
In practice, every conversation starts with the context.

01
Interim leadership
Stepping in and understanding.
Stepping into an organisation and quickly understanding what the situation calls for is a skill that takes years to develop, and one that only someone who has done it before can carry.
Our leaders build trust early, read the organisation with an open mind, and make well-grounded decisions with minimal ramp-up time. They're used to operating in unfamiliar environments, and know that's exactly where their experience makes the biggest difference.
Situations we recognise
- A key role that needs to be held during an ongoing recruitment
- Executive absence at a critical stage
- A reorganisation that calls for an independent leadership perspective
- A need for senior judgment in a complex situation

02
Change leadership
Movement from within.
Change is, to an equal degree, about people, resistance and the unexpected, as it is about structure and plans. Leaders who navigate change successfully understand both dimensions, and know when to hold firm and when to adapt.
We move naturally through organisations in the midst of transition, as leaders with the ability to hold direction, build trust internally, and ensure the change lands in practice.
Situations we recognise
- Strategic realignment and business transformation
- Culture journeys and leadership development in motion
- Integration after a merger or acquisition
- Organisational development in politically complex environments

03
Project leadership
The whole picture.
Projects in urban and societal development involve more than Gantt charts and delivery plans. They involve stakeholders with conflicting agendas, political dimensions, long time horizons and a responsibility that extends far beyond the assignment itself.
Our project leaders understand this landscape from the inside. They have deep knowledge of real estate, infrastructure, environment and the public sector, and the ability to navigate the interfaces with politics, government and external funders while maintaining momentum and mandate.
Situations we recognise
- Urban development projects and city transformation
- Infrastructure and complex construction projects
- Sustainability and climate programmes with organisational weight
- Procurement and project governance in the public sector

04
Crisis leadership
Judgment under pressure.
What sets an experienced crisis leader apart is rarely their reaction speed. It's the judgment to determine what a situation requires, and the composure to communicate clarity when everyone around them expects confusion.
We can step in quickly and act with judgment. Every crisis has its own logic and its own possibilities. Our role is to stabilise, create room to act, and lay the foundation for recovery, with focus on what matters.
Situations we recognise
- An unexpected change of leadership at a sensitive organisational stage
- Trust issues with internal or external impact
- An organisational crisis requiring independent leadership
- An external crisis requiring immediate communication and direction
Every conversation we have starts with the situation. It shapes everything we do.
