For clients

Leadership you can
lean on.

A different kind of conversation

If you're looking for more than a placement.

Many of the organisations we meet are looking for an experienced voice to think out loud with, someone who understands their sector, their complexity, and what the situation means.

That's the role iSociety takes on. We're a fellowship of senior leaders with deep experience across the sectors of urban and societal development, and we choose our assignments with care, so we can do our best work in every single collaboration.

The difference is clear from the first conversation.

What it means to work with us

01

A shorter path to the right person

We know the leaders we work with on a deeper level than a CV can show. That means we can quickly have a genuine conversation about who fits your situation.

Time is often what's in shortest supply.

02

Confidence in a defining choice

Filling a key role at a sensitive stage demands judgment. We reduce uncertainty by standing behind every person we present, with genuine conviction.

The experience to see what a situation requires.

03

Leaders who carry the responsibility

Every leader at iSociety has carried executive responsibility in environments similar to yours. They act, make decisions and take the consequences. It's a difference that's felt from day one.

Leadership that holds when things get difficult.

04

The form follows the situation

Needs change. A situation that looks one way in March can look different by September. We're used to working with that fluidity, adapting the shape of an assignment while keeping its substance.

The form always follows the need.

How we work

A natural dialogue.

Every collaboration starts with us listening to the situation. What's happening in your organisation? What's needed? And what does that say about the kind of leadership that fits?

Based on that conversation, we present a small number of leaders with a clear, honest rationale: a considered proposal.

And we stay present throughout the assignment, as a supportive presence as the situation evolves.

  1. 01

    Situation conversation

We understand what's happening before we think about who.

  2. 02

    Going deeper

We ask the questions that clarify what's needed.

  3. 03

    A considered proposal

A small number of leaders, with a rationale we can stand behind.

  4. 04

    A shared start

We're present at the outset to secure the right conditions.

  5. 05

    Ongoing presence

A supportive voice throughout the assignment.

What sets a good collaboration apart from a good contract is that someone understands what's genuinely needed, and has the courage to say so.
